The most often used programming languages for developing Android applications are:
1. Java: Most people who work with Android development utilize this language, and it has traditionally been a starting point for novice developers. The most widely used IDEs (Integrated Development Environments) for developing Java-based Android applications are Eclipse, NetBeans, and IntelliJ IDE.
2. Kotlin: In order to develop an Android application, developers utilize the relatively new, cutting-edge, secure, and object-oriented programming language called Kotlin. Android Studio, Eclipse IDE, and other IDEs are utilized with Kotlin.
3. C#: The C# programming language allows developers to create native mobile applications for iOS and Android. The greatest tool for developing Android applications in C# is Visual Studio.
4. Python: It is an object-oriented, dynamic programming language. It is often used in machine learning. Among the code editors for Python are Pydroid 3, Dcoder, and spck.
5. Other Languages: C++ and HTML 5 are other languages that can be utilized while developing on Android. IDEs for C++ include C4droid, CppDroid, AIDE, and others. Examples of IDEs that are used with HTML include Acode, spck code editor, etc.
