Feedforward control anticipates disturbances or changes in a system and adjusts the input to counteract them without relying on feedback. In contrast, feedback control uses information from the system’s output to make adjustments to the input, ensuring the system stays on track. Feedforward acts proactively, while feedback reacts reactively.
